DESCRIPTION:

Take advantage of the great price on this amazing ring! The ring is a gorgeous piece of Zuni jewelry is hand crafted out of genuine sterling silver and real multicolor inlay. The inlay consists of: Turquoise, Coral, Jet, along with Mother of Pearl. The inlay is carefully set and forming a gorgeous sun and flower design. Thin silver lines can be seen highlighting in between the inlay for an adorable finish. In Native American beliefs, the sun is the provider of life, warmth, growth, and all that is good. The ring is hallmarked and stamped sterling.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.
