Pot measures approximately 4" tall, 4" wide and is 12" in circumference (around its widest point).
This exquisite Native American pot is hand etched and hand painted with a Bear design along with traditional designs by Navajo artist Bernice Watchman Lee. The pot is signed Navajo and is hallmarked.
In Native American beliefs, the bear symbolizes physical strength, leadership, and is known as the "first helper". The bear paw is usually considered a way to call for the power of the animal spirit, or as an indication of the presence of the spirit. It is a symbol that represents inner strength.
