DESCRIPTION:

Take advantage of the great price on this amazing pin! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Effie Garfield, out of genuine sterling silver and a real Howlite stone. The stone is carefully set in a hand cut bezel setting, while placed at the center of a stunning silver spider design. Hand crafted silver forms the head and legs of the spider for a perfect finish. The pin is stamped sterling and hallmarked.

Howlite is named after its discoverer Henry How. Howlite is known for its great final polish and rich luster. Howlite is often mistaken for "white buffalo" or "white turquoise" due to the similarity of appearance. Howlite is a combination of pure white with black veins; highlighting the beauty and balance of opposites. Howlite has high calcium content for strong healthy bones and teeth. It would make a wonderful gift for a pregnant or nursing mother.
