This is a wonderful piece of Navajo artistry! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Elton Cadman out of genuine sterling silver and a man made Blue Opal stone. The stone is carefully placed in a hand cut bezel setting, while twisted silver and mini silver beads make for a lovely look. The bracelet is stamped sterling.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is a semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is birthstone of October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.
