DESCRIPTION:

This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo, hand crafted by artist Scott Skeets, out of genuine sterling silver and a real Howlite stone. The stone is carefully set in a hand cut bezel setting, while being accented by hand cut silver work for a fabulous finish. The bracelet is stamped sterling and hallmarked by the artist.

Howlite is named after its discoverer Henry How. Howlite is known for its great final polish and rich luster. Howlite is often mistaken for "white buffalo" or "white turquoise" due to the similarity of appearance. Howlite is a combination of pure white with black veins; highlighting the beauty and balance of opposites. Howlite has high calcium content for strong healthy bones and teeth. It would make a wonderful gift for a pregnant or nursing mother.
