This lovely pendant is a work of art and has everything you could possibly want from a piece of Native American jewelry! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Betta Lee, out of genuine sterling silver and real Malachite stones. A total of TWO stones are gently placed in hand cut bezel settings, while being accented with hand crafted flower and scalloped leaf designs. Mini silver beads add style for a fantastic finish. The pendant is stamped sterling and hallmarked by the artist.
Malachite is famous for its radial banding and deep green color. Popular today for use in Southwestern style jewelry, malachite was also popular in the past with the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans. It was worn as a good luck charm to keep away danger and illness. It is believed to balance and stabilize ones emotions.
