“ All I can say is excellent. Ordered a Silver Braclet with a black onyx stone and 3 days later the stone fell out. I called and then sent it back and they replaced the stone for free. They didn't ask me a bunch of questions, just told me to send it and they would repair it. they did and it looks great. ”
