DESCRIPTION:

f you are looking for elegance and beauty, you have found it! This jewelry set is Navajo hand crafted by artist Raymond Boyd, out of genuine sterling silver, along with Multicolor Inlay. The inlay consists of: real Turquoise, Coral, Jet, Brown Shell, Abalone Shell, Mother of Pearl, along with man made Blue Opal. The necklace has a total of THREE links, each link has inlay that is delicately set while imprinted patterns and a beautiful Hummingbird design can be seen accenting for a magnificent finish. Hummingbirds are mainly known to be defenders of their territory. Many times stronger than their small size would indicate. The necklace is stamped Sterling and is hallmarked by the artist. The earrings perfectly match the necklace for a stunning look. The earrings are stamped Sterling and are hallmarked by the artist.

Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin; it is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps. Colonies of these tiny creatures build branching structures as they grow, gradually forming reefs and atolls.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.

I bought a bracelet for my new daughter-in-law's birthday. It is beautiful and in hope she loves it I sent it to her today. Fingers crossed. But while looking through I found a bracelet for myself. Right now I will need to wait to buy it but can't wait.

Native American Jewelry is fantastic! I ordered a little Crow Mother and it arrived damaged. I called to notify this great company and they told me they would send me another, at no additional cost. Well, my little Crow Mother arrived today and she is beautiful. She sits in a place of honor, nest to her wounded sister.
