The customer service couldn’t have been better! Discussion by email, sharing of pictures, return of the bracelet to NAJ, and before they returned it to me, I received a picture of the fix and opportunity for full refund if not satisfied. It was all thoughtfully communicated and fast! The artistry on the pieces are so special. I just wished I lived near their shop! ”
