DESCRIPTION:

Excellent craftsmanship is shown throughout this amazing ring! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Calvin Spencer, out of genuine sterling silver and man made Opals. A total of TWO stones are delicately placed in hand cut bezel settings, while hand crafted silver work creates delightful scalloped leaf designs. Mini silver beads accent for an amazing finish. The ring is stamped sterling and hallmarked.

Most people know Opal for its distinctive play of color, it is a semi-transparent solidified mineral composed of silicon and water, and it gets its name from the Latin word "Oplus" meaning precious stone. Opal is birthstone of October. It is believed to release self-consciousness allowing spontaneous action, and awakens psychic and mystical qualities.
