DESCRIPTION:

You will absolutely fall in love with this stunning ring! This piece of Native American jewelry is Zuni hand made by artist Lolita Othole, out of genuine sterling silver, along with a real Coral and a real Turquoise stone. A total of TWO stones are gently placed in hand cut bezel settings, for a lovely look. Mini silver beads, hand cut work and imprinted designs can be seen adding style to the ring for a beautiful finish. The ring is signed Zuni and by the artist.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of their appeal and beauty.

Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin; it is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps. Colonies of these tiny creatures build branching structures as they grow, gradually forming reefs and atolls.

I bought earrings and a cuff bracelet as a gift for my friend's birthday. She LOVED them both. They look beautiful on her! I will definitely buy more in the future.

    Ray Jack

Bought my second ring made by the artist Ray Jack. The first had mine 8 Turquose and I received many compliments on it. Of my over twenty Native American rings it is at the top. I Leary’s wanted an Inlay Navajo ring to add to my collection and having Ray Jack as the artist just made it better.
