DESCRIPTION:

This amazing hair barrette depicts the beauty and elegance of the great Southwest! This piece of Native American jewelry is Navajo hand crafted by artist Joann Silver, out of genuine sterling silver and a real Coral. The stone is gently set in a hand cut bezel setting, while beautiful hand cut silver designs can be seen surrounding for a lovely look. For extra strength and durability certain parts of the hair barrette are made out of nickel.

Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin; it is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps. Colonies of these tiny creatures build branching structures as they grow, gradually forming reefs and atolls.
