DESCRIPTION:

This gorgeous necklace set is absolutely distinctive in each and every way! This Native American jewelry set is Zuni hand crafted by artist Marisa Cellicion, out of genuine sterling silver and real Multicolor inlay. The inlay consists of: Turquoise, Coral, Jet, and Mother of Pearl. The inlay is carefully set, creating SIX incredible Sun designs. Each link features ONE Sun design for a charming look. The earrings perfectly match the necklace for a wonderful finish to this set! In Native American beliefs, the sun is the provider of life, warmth, growth, and all that is good.

Turquoise is the birthstone of December. It is believed that turquoise tends to bring good fortune, strength and helps overcome illness. Turquoise got its name from the Levantine traders called Turks who brought the stone to Europe from Persia via Turkey centuries ago. Native Americans have prized turquoise since the time of the Aztecs, who mined it in New Mexico. The natural variations that occur in turquoise are part of its appeal and beauty.

Corals are known to be very soothing and very protective. Coral is of an organic origin; it is the skeletal remains of marine animals called Coral Polyps. Colonies of these tiny creatures build branching structures as they grow, gradually forming reefs and atolls.

    Gorgeous!

I have restarted a collection of American Indian jewelry, and this piece does not disappoint. It fits so comfortably that I do not feel it, yet it's substantial. I love the little details, down to the hammering in the band that catches light. It was worth every penny and then some!!!

    Made 4 Me

My Turquoise and Coral Navajo bead necklace is a personality piece. The beads are excellent and the customer support the same, excellent. I had questions all of which were answered and I also had a slight change in the clasp request which wasn't a problem to suit my needs. The necklace was shipped next day and I will not hesitate to order again from Native American Jewelry if I come across something else that catches my eye. I'm glad they are not near by as I might spend more if I could see it all in person. LOL Thank you to the sales team and designers for a real nice piece that sparks conversation.
