Policies

NativeAmericanJewelry.com is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly upholds the following policies:

Money-Back Guarantee

If you're unhappy with your jewelry for any reason at all, and you don't even have to tell us why, you have 10 days from receipt of your order to contact us at refunds@nativeamericanjewelry.com to get a 100% refund.  Our only requirement is that you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to let us know (we'll then give you the shipping and return information).  We will actually issue you your refund once the jewelry has been returned to us and it has been processed as received.

Product Authenticity

We uphold the highest standards in purchasing our jewelry to ensure authenticity and quality.  Our head of purchasing and procurement is a Native American jewelry artist who has been buying and selling Native American jewelry for a decade and a half for major retailers and wholesalers, and brings her expertise to bear in hand-selecting authentic quality jewelry for our customers.  We employ our best efforts to safeguard your trust and ensure our jewelry is authentic Native American and of quality materials and gemstones.

We are in the process of applying to the Indian Arts and Crafts Association (IACA) for membership.  IACA is an industry association of artists, wholesalers and retailers that follow the highest standards and guidelines for purchasing and selling Native American arts and crafts, including jewelry, to ensure authenticity.  We adhere to their standards.

Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information.

No Release of Information to Third Parties

Personal information will not be released to third parties. There are no circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties. We may disclose to third parties certain aggregate information contained in your registration data or related data, provided that such information will not include personally identifying information, except as specifically authorized by you or in the good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or legal process.
